So I'm in the process of purchasing a 2017 jaguar through

So I'm in the process of purchasing a 2017 jaguar through this dealership and they are very rude people, as i found this vehicle on CarGurus and filled out everything required to do to purchase this jaguar with free delivery to my doorstep gave them all the information for delivery and they come up with some bull crap and told me they can't deliver it to me, so I have been going back and forth with them over them with the delivery and they told me it was my responsibility for delivery which is a crock it's their job to set up this delivery at the time of purchase not the costumers, it not like the dealership is far from my location I'm only 50 minutes south of their dealership, and the manager of the dealership was supposed to get in contact with me and is blowing me off, this is not the way online car shopping is supposed to be when they include free shipping to your home

Due to this being said with the issue you guys said you offer free delivery to my door step should be honored for all the trouble you have caused with the purchase of the 2017 jaguar or I will also be writing to the Better Business Bureau due to your lack of interest for the customer

Went to the dealership to look at a used Cadillac was called a number of times emailed the number of times only to find out when we got there the radio in the Cadillac was destroyed nothing in the ad nothing told to us before coming

Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. I did not expect bait and switch from an Acura dealer, but that’s what we got! Called and texted to be certain of the price. Drove from Indiana. Got there and all of a sudden they add a $4000 certified warranty we have to pay for. We said we only wanted the manufacturer’s warranty. Remember, this was not an extended warranty, but a warranty! Asked to speak to a manager twice…nothing! They must think their customers are idiots if they think they can hoodwink them like that. I would avoid this dealership at all costs! What a con!!

DO NOT USE ED NAPLETON IN ELMHURST!

DO NOT USE ED NAPLETON IN ELMHURST!!! they deserve less than 1 star. Dealer tried to add close to $2k in extra "inspection fees" and "tinted windows" when there was clearly 0% tint whatsoever, clear as day. Dealer was very reluctant to let us purchase for the price THEY listed online, started up with the paperwork when mngr came by to say the car has an open recall for the airbags and they can't sell it to me - has to replace airbag and call me back. never got the call and still see the car listed on their site. What was the $1,500 inspection fee for if they were going to sell a car with no airbag? On CarGurus i was able to search the car's VIN number for open recalls - NONE. This dealership just refused to sell me the car at the price THEY listed and lied to me. Don't waste your time or believe any of their phony responses to bad reviews, this place stinks
