I have had many dealings with Charlotte Spraggins in the past year, purchased 2 vehicles and many other helpful calls to her as I also work in the credit union industry and I truly can not say enough about her professionalism and caring morals. She is very knowledgeable and shows me how awesome a car buying experience is supposed to be. I have had a few dealings with actual "car dealers" in the past year and can now one hundred percent wonder why I would even try going with anyone but AutoTrek. Charlotte will and does go above and beyond any expectations I could ever imagine and has made my "dealer" experience opinion change wholeheartedly. Thank you Charlotte for all you have done for me, we'll be seeing you for the next vehicle for sure.

My car was totaled, and my Rep, Charlotte Spraggins, found the car that I was looking for within 24 hours, for a better price than I could have found by shopping on my own at a dealership. She had excellent communication and customer service skills, and she made it simple and affordable for me to get in a new car - with a lower payment and less interest than my previous car -within 24 hours of contacting her. We were impressed by their thorough inspection process to provide a safe driving experience and the repairs they took care of, prior to placing the car on the lot for sale. We had our own loan prior to purchase and Shawn from the loan department was very helpful in getting our documents in order and communicating with the credit union. I was referred by my credit union and I'm sure I will use AutoTrek for my next vehicle purchase. The process was quick and easy. They listened to what I wanted and found what I needed along with, finding a better rate by the time papers were signed. Evan is a stand up guy and has a story for everything and I really enjoyed working with him because of how personable he is. I will refer others to him in the future.

First time to use an auto broker. Will now never do it any other way. It was so easy and hassle free. Completely satisfied. Highly recommend.

My credit union referred me to AutoTrek. I found the car, negotiated the deal, and ended up paying two dealership fees. I saved a few hundred on my loan but lost the savings when I paid the second dealership fee. I should have worked directly with the first dealer.
