I was referred to AutoTrek and at first was unsure about it because I never worked with an auto broker before. After working with Charlotte she helped me find my dream car. She was very thorough with her search and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Since this was first time buying a car, she walked me through the process and educated me on loan options, gap insurance, etc. She was very helpful and kind. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle through AutoTrek in the future.

It was my first car purchase at a used car lot. All of my other purchases had been through dealerships and Craigslist. Pam was so incredibly friendly and helpful. She gave us a list of the cars on the lot and then let us look around without the pressure of her being there. I think that I paid a fair price and that they were very good about making sure that the car I bought was in good condition. I also appreciate the limited warranty and roadside assistance, and that AutoTrek uses credit unions for financing. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a preowned car.

My salesperson Pam was very attentive to what I was looking for and worked very hard to get me in the right vehicle. The whole process was straight forward and transparent.
