We are grateful to Charlotte at Auto Trek in Littleton, who was able to get us into a nice, reliable vehicle just in time for Christmas. I orignally contacted the dealership using credit union of Colorado preferred list of dealers to when my car quit on me and needed a new one . I had used a nother that was recomened but had found nothing . I was renting a car for a week for I work early and live far from work .I could not afford to do that long . So needing to stay within the list to help with finance rates and know will be getting a certified car that would not be sold or on the preferred list . I had contacted KEVIN about a truck but it had just been sold . After talking with me and seeing what i wanted found my 2003 dodge Dakota that was even better suited for my budget and needs . After going and seeing it. Any questions were answers honest and knowable and taken care of as a family member would. The financing was easily understood no pressure and care of looking out for me and not the sale . He helped find a close branch of enterprise to come pic the car up so would not have to do a lot unnessary work of two vehicles to drop off and getting a nother person and willing to fax insurance to be able to drive the truck home. the staff and finance manager is like a famlily even a loveable dog named bandit . Such a great expirance would tell and bring others to meet a great family that has great quality cars and trucks

Charlotte was very personable. She kept me informed on the whole process. She shopped for the best rates. I would definitely do business with her again.

I needed to get a car and located the Car that interested me at Autotrek in Highlands Ranch area. It was a 2006 Honda Accord with low mileage, no wrecks and one previous owner. My Ideal Car. I sent ;an inquiry asking about the availability of this vehicle, and received a prompt reply from Kevin Collins saying it was still there. I could not possibly have bought it right then and there so I took a chance that it would still be there on the following Friday. Thursday came and I called Mr. Collins to see if it was still available. He informed me that the car was not sold but ;had just been sent to their dealership in Longmont, CO. Then Kevin sail that he was going up there and would return it to their Littleton dealership. Tis was great news to here. Well I ;had explained my situation and would have to arrange for a ride Friday evening or Saturday morning. Well' Kevin said that ;he would come by where I lived in Lakewood and pick me up to see if I would like to proceed with the purchase of the car. I knew almost immediately that this was the one. We went to the office and was very surprised at how quickly and efficiently Kevin got things done I was on the road before the rush hour, and was a very Happy person. Kevin Collins did a very good job and should receive ;recognition for his Kindness and Professionalism ( I was impressed). We were strongly encouraged to use this broker service when we were pre-approved for an auto loan through our credit union. We were put in contact with Jose and told he would be able to get the vehicle at a better price because he would get rid of all the ?fees?. Had I not done my own research we would be out almost $2500. We were repeatedly told that the advertised price on our vehicle at another dealership was incorrect due to us not qualifying for incentives. Upon further research we discovered there were no ?incentives? attached to the price of the car, the vehicles price had simply been lowered due to it being last years model. We also checked the price of our car at the dealership it was being brokered from and found a similar reduction in price. When confronted with the facts and our unwillingness to pay an additional $2500 for their service there was no further contact with our salesman. Always do your research before making a big purchase.

Such a great experience! I was dreading the whole process of driving from dealer to dealer, the back and forth negotiating, dodging the high pressure sales tactics. I was relieved to use a broker service but was skeptical. My fears were unfounded. Our broker was friendly and easy-going. The sale went so smooth, so easy, so fast! When I looked over the paperwork all the prices were exactly as expected. When she saw I wasn't interested in an extended warranty she didn't continue to pressure and guilt trip me as other dealers have. All my questions were answered during the process. I would definitely use Autotrek again and I'll recommend them to friends.

My son is 18 years old and He is a first time buyer and we loved Charlotte . We really enjoyed having Charlotte help us out she made us feel relaxed and like we were family She explained everything to us step by step. I were to buy another car I would only choose to work with Charlotte.
