Experienced Service solves issue
Gladi8r received two recall bulletins that did not solve issue. Discussed with Service Mgr. who was open to my suggestions. New parts were ordered and installed which solved the issue! Impressed with openness to consider options when by the book solutions were ineffective.

Repair on Jeep Grand Cherokee
I was able to get in with no appointment. They took my car and kept me updated with all of the processes. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and made sure that everything was fixed before they sent the car back to me. Very good customer service!

Warranty work
At first I was very dissatisfied, one of the main reasons for going in was not fixed when we received the vehicle back. But after I called and let them know they drove and hour to come pick my car back up and when I received my vehicle back the second time everything was wonderful.

Quick Lane oil change/tire rotation
For all the times I've been here it has never been over 1 1/2 hour, was told without an appointment would have to wait until approx. 3 pm. I thought this was quick lane so you didn't have to wait so long. First time I've been disappointed in years. Will things go back to normal soon or remain this way?
