Moore Cadillac- awesome as always

Our service advisor, Don Kelly, was right on top of our needs, as always. He is loyal, upright, helpful and efficient. I also appreciated the work of the driver who brought me home. He was kind, talkative, attentive to the road, and professional.

Quality & Service...

The body shop, based on a recent accident, caused by another vehicle, provided excellent service. They handled the entire claim (paper work, etc.) From the body shop, to the front desk personnel, as well as the rental car personnel.... perfect.

Great Sales person, Morgan McDonough

I called, Moore Cadillac and was lucky enough to be connected to Morgan. I told her what I wanted and the next day, my wife and I were driving the exact car we wanted. satisfied Customer

Usually I take my time searching and getting all the information before making a decision where I will be making a big purchase. The folks at Moore made it so easy to the point I made the decision the same day. Actually I was going to compare colors and features and the various packages/options that come with the car but I found myself making the decision on the spot. And I really liked it and never regret it. I liked the knowledge the cooperation and the NO PRESSURE approach they exhibited.

Great Service by Professionals

Melissa Robinson is my Service Advisor and she is very helpful in answering any questions that I have and gets my car serviced and any problems corrected as scheduled. I appreciate her sometimes going the "extra mile" to see that my car is serviced completely.
