Tech left old oil filter upside down under hood leaving big oil stain on driveway.Not the professional service I normally get ! Mark Diehl did get me in to get fixed.I appreciate that.

I’m pretty much lost for words I bought a brand new 2022

I’m pretty much lost for words I bought a brand new 2022 van from Arnie Bauer and for every month I had it I’ve had to bring it back I never enjoyed it it’s needed service every since I bought it now they telling me they don’t know what’s wrong and to bring it back I guess to tell me the same thing I’m very disappointed in this deal and not sure if I would purchase or recommend any one else after the treatment I received as a customer it should be a law against selling lemon it’s got to be something that I can do please advise

Traction control

I was fleeced on their repeated attempts to repair, my 2016 gmc Acadia. I spent about $1200 on repairs to my traction control, service stabilization. After each repair on three different occasions, the problem wasn't solved, soon after I drove away. First, it was sensor in brake or gas pedal, then it was sensor in steering column, finally it was passenger module was corroded. I still have same problem. They apparently are not capable of fixing this problem. I now question any work they've done over the past six and half years. I previously have showered them with praise. No more.

A couple of quick questions for a potential sale of

A couple of quick questions for a potential sale of $50,000+. It indicated on website a text phone number that would contact you with their general sales manager. Unfortunately, someone other than their GSM decided they would try to get information from me, prior to answering simple questions I had on an advertised on-line vehicle. Why make it so hard to answer questions and make a potential fairly easy sale? I guess business is great right now.

I spent a couple of weeks searching online for just the right Cadillac at just the right price and my patients paid off when I found Arnie Bauer Cadillac, and Rowland Laird. Rowland made the entire process, smooth and simple. He had the car detailed and inspected and ready for me when I arrive for the test drive, and was very helpful and professional the entire time. The finance department was very helpful and made it simple to work with my credit union to complete the purchase. I will be going back to this dealership again when I’m ready for my next vehicle in the future.

Great on-line support

I selected a truck based on an online search and contacted the dealership. They responded within 20 minutes and assigned Rowland Laird to the sale. within the next 45 minutes, Rowland had answered all of my questions about the truck, sent me a great final price, and even sent me a video of him walking around the truck and explaining the features. Sadly, before I could get to the dealership 2 days later, truck was sold. Rowland informed me that day, sent a video of a different option, again with a great price. Great customer support. Although I eventually went with another vehicle, the experience was excellent.

I scheduled a test drive for a specific truck online.

I scheduled a test drive for a specific truck online. They contacted me and said the truck was still available They sent me a reminder the next morning that my appointment was at 2pm. I was looking some information up on the truck that morning and checked details on their website a few hours before I went there. First, I walk in and I'm told I won't be talking to the person I was told to ask for, because he's the sales manager. Next, I'm told that the truck I scheduled a test drive for isn't there. The salesperson "went to check" and came back telling me it had been sold the night before! When I asked why I wasn't told this when they confirmed my appointment that morning his only reply was that he doesn't run the phoned! He couldn't have cared less that I had wasted my time driving there. Then he offers to let me drive a truck with a price tag $10,000 higher than the one I came to look at! Talk about a bait and switch! At that point I didn't trust them to do anything for me! I went down the road and bought a Ram from their competitors!
