I had the absolute worst experience at Arrowhead Lexus,
I had the absolute worst experience at Arrowhead Lexus, Peoria, when I had visited the property to make a purchase I was so offput by his arrogance and entitlement we went to Peoria Nissan accross the street and had a fabulous experience and treated absolutely wonderfully. Maybe it was just unfortunat that we were met with Jad Hawat... but somebody hired this guy any pays him! STAY AWAY@!@!

I called this dealership and inquired whether they would
I called this dealership and inquired whether they would come down on an asking price for a used RX and they said they would. That response was purely to get me in the door so they could pull a bait and switch. I had spoken with a particular salesman over the phone who replied that my offer was reasonable, but when I got there, he put a much higher asking price on the paperwork along with extraneous add-ons and fees. When I called him on it and re-stated my offer, he pretended as though he’d forgotten who I was. I had to sit there and show him the market data for similar vehicles as though this was something he didn’t know, just to get him to come down yet again on the asking price. A Lexus dealership shouldn’t be pulling this kind of trash. Terrible! Avoid this dealership!

Arrowhead Lexus never responded to my inquiry…. Pretty disappointing overall. I can’t imagine a scenario where I would try to purchase a car from them again.

Extremely Frustrated! I took my car in for a repair of...
Extremely Frustrated! I took my car in for a repair of the heating / cooling system. They diagnosed it as needing a whole new center display console. I asked them why are you changing out a part thats working? They said it controls everything including the HVAC system. After waiting a week for the $2,600 dollar part and having it installed, No Go dosen't work! So now they say we were wrong and need to order another part. So now this is my third trip to the dealership. They install the correct part and now the AC works, But all of the sudden the center console that plugged in and out doesn't work correctly. They now say I need to spend an additional $600 to fix the clock and temperature readout that worked before!

The dealership and agressive rude, they just fool around some old fox living in that area and not fit to sell luxurious brand vechicle, they are worse than any other car dealers ii met in last 40 years.

Great customer service . I got this tiny Lexus Ct200h . Very impressed with the performance of this small size vehicle . The sales person Amy was very easy to work with , professional and friendly . I highly recommend this dealership . Go and get a good quality car. Myself I will never buy other car than Lexus …I had enough high car repairs costs with other cars ….

Unethical Service Practices
My wife brought our perfectly working 2012 Lexus in for an oil change and wiper blades, they talked her into a 50000 service which only added a cabin filteter and charged her $490. They also stated that an oil change normally is $250 (for a six cylinder)! They further tried to talk her into changing out the Freon for $210 and back brakes for $490 before she called me and I could challenge their methods. Find an ethical service department, arrowhead Lexus Is very unethical and will take advantage of someone if their able. I expected better from Lexus, very disappointed!
