Wedrick was one of the best I have ever met at a dealership, was very passionate about his job, very patient with me as we walked around looking, he explained everything to me & was no pressure or made me feel nervous. Was there seeing how I was doing, to if I needed anything, all the way till I drove off with my NX200T... Everyone was so great at Arrowhead Lexis from Ruth at the snack stand, to the gentle men in finance, to the gentlemen showing me all the gadgets this car has to offer. Wedrick was outstanding!! Harold at service was extremely accommodating after several conversations about the best route for a repair. Lexus Cafe was warm and inviting. Car wash was a plus.

I have to say this is my best experience yet on buying a new car. I did not feel pressured and everyone was very friendly. From the moment we first walked in the door of Arrowhead Lexus until we drove our new car off the lot the whole process only took a couple of hours. I would highly recommend going to Arrowhead Lexus.

So recently I was browsing cars. I had come Across one on their page. Thinking let's give these guys another chance. So I visited the dealership and spoke to Paul About the car. Let's just say it's almost a week in half later and I have yet to hear back from Paul. This dealership is very snooty. I Have noticed this since I use to take My car here for service or when buying my RC giving them yet another try. It always cost a lot More then any other Lexus dealership in the valley. If you want real service and be taken seriously. Go to any other Lexus dealership in the valley and skip this location. Any other Lexus dealership will Be 100 times better. Thankfully I found what I was looking for at the chandler Lexus location. They not only had what I want. But the car was also 3000 dollars cheaper with less miles. Cant believe I decided to give these clowns yet a third try and yet they just don't change But they seem to be lacking something called customer service. If you go here don't except customer service. Wear a tuxedo or they will not even give you the Time of day.

Trey Jackson at Arrowhead Lexus was very professional and very patient with me while I was trying to make up my mind, which SUV to purchase. At no time did I feel under any pressure to buy, unlike my previous car buying experiences with other dealerships. Very much appreciated! The rest of the staff, in particular Chris, who was able to work with me to get the price I wanted, are very friendly and made the car buying process that much more pleasant. I would definitely go back and buy another vehicle from Arrowhead Lexus and ask for Trey.

As always, an excellent service experience. A great waiting area with fantastic amenities (TV food, drink, etc.) and an efficient, friendly and knowledgeable staff that always makes you feel welcomed and important.

Arrowhead Lexus worked with me having negative equity on my financed IS 250 to get me into a GS 350 F-Sport Lease. Everyone was very professional, yet personable on the sales side.
