Arrowhead Lexus

Sales manager failed to deliver on a promise made for condition of sale. Front bumper was to be made free of paint chips due to rock hits prior to clear protective shield (I paid over $1200 for this to be added). The shield has now exacerbated the paint chips. I’m in the process of escalating this to Lexus Corporate and dealership owner, Berge Group. Additionally the transfer paperwork for my trade in was never completed and I received a notice of intent to suspend my vehicle registration from ADOT. It’s being cared for TODAY (over 6 weeks later) due to my phone call. Such incompetence.

My husband and I had the best shopping and buying experience at Arrowhead Lexus!!!Our sales man was very professional and answered all of our questions. He has even done a follow up call to make sure we understand all the options in the car and offer assistance if we don't!! Finance was great they sealed the deal and we were in and out!!!!

My last salesman was Angelo & he was very professional & worked with me, my service advisor Chris has always made it easy & comfortable for me when I come in. I enjoy driving a Lexus & feel it's a good quality car.
