New car

On Saturday my son and I visited Napoleon to see of a possible purchase of a new Odyssey. Daniel Nino helped us with all of our concerns about a purchase and what was available as to color snd styles. It took some time to come to the decisions regarding details of what we wanted on the car and costs that would be involved. Danny was really working with us to settle all aspects of the purchase, he was very helpful in working it all out. Thank You MJC

Every time I go to Sam Bader I get nothing but great...

Every time I go to Sam Bader I get nothing but great service. They are so friendly and they care so much . It is so nice to go to a place where everyone is happy to work there . They took very good care of me . Thank you so much for being so wonderful! They rock !!!

Was very excited to find a reasonable internet price on...

Was very excited to find a reasonable internet price on the make and model I was looking for, so drove into the city for a test drive. We drove some other vehicles, then decided to request an itemized purchase agreement. But along with the usual fees and taxes, there was a $955 napleton experience fee and a $910 fee for xilion exterior protection , adding almost $2000 above the advertised online price. We did not feel that free oil changes and car washes merited nearly $1000, nor did we want zillion protection, as it is not recommended and is poorly reviewed by those in the automotive painting and refinishing field. Additionally, the cost of that product is $50, so why is the fee $900? When we expressed are frustration with being expected to pay these hidden fees for services and products that we were not interested in, we were told that they were non negotiable. So much for “no hassle/ no haggle.” More accurately our experience was bait and switch+hidden fees+non negotiable=NO SALE time wasted!

Danny is a great Salesman and Corderro was very helpful as the Sales Manager. Very happy with Napleton Honda and will keep buying our cars here!

I have to say I dreaded the process of buying a car but...

I have to say I dreaded the process of buying a car but within minutes of stepping into Napleton Honda in Oak Lawn that all changed. Mike our salesman and Eric our sales manager treated us with respect and helped us come to a very mutual deal. They were excellent with all the details, clearly explaining everything. We left there feeling very good about our purchase. We will be back again !

Amazing Service by an Amazing Team

We came in to purchase a vehicle and we were assisted by Theodore Jackson AKA Tejay. He was extremely helpful in assisting us with the purchase. He walked us through every step and explained everything. He was patient with us while remaining enthused. He made the experience painless and pleasant.
