Friendly place from start to finish! Service rocks
I just bought a Acura tsx 2005 and everyone there was friendly and helpful. I like how they treat you and definitely take good care of you. The service department was on top of things and did above and beyond their job. I have been telling people to go there that is the only place I would ever shot for car! Thanks loving my new ride!

Wonderful customer service

Bad service
Went in looking to buy a toyota yaris. I went the first night gave them all of me information as they told me they would have an answer for me the following morning. The second day I go in and they haven't done anything. I told them what had happened and it was as if their representative didn't even recognize me. He, for the second time recorded my information and said he would submit it. He had me waiting there about two hours when the representative told me that he would call me back and that i should leave. Did I ever receive a call? No I did not. I had to call back and the representative told me that I had to choose another car because the car I was interested in was no longer available. I mean, just tell me upfront, the truth. Don't have me running in circles for days wasting my time. Ridiculous, and they pride themselves on customer services.
