Went in looking to buy a toyota yaris. I went the first night gave them all of me information as they told me they would have an answer for me the following morning. The second day I go in and they haven't done anything. I told them what had happened and it was as if their representative didn't even recognize me. He, for the second time recorded my information and said he would submit it. He had me waiting there about two hours when the representative told me that he would call me back and that i should leave. Did I ever receive a call? No I did not. I had to call back and the representative told me that I had to choose another car because the car I was interested in was no longer available. I mean, just tell me upfront, the truth. Don't have me running in circles for days wasting my time. Ridiculous, and they pride themselves on customer services.

I recently purchased a 06 Mercedes E350 and our salesman Dennis was Awesome! He helped us every step of the way to get us the best deal on the buy and on my trade in. Not only that he helped me get a better insurance price. If you're looking for a new (used) high end car I would highly recommend The Sharpest Rides, and make sure you ask for Dennis!
