Wow, I bought a car from this place a few months ago. I have nothing but complements for these guys. My car is running good, they promised me a navigation disk and a few days after i bought my car, I received it in the mail. It really surprises me to see all this negative reviews.

Stay away from this place!!!!!

They sell cheap cars with a lot of problems!!!! Worst customer service ever!!! Dont keep their promises and lie from the fisrt word they talk to you. Go to another dealership and save your time and money. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not such a super Subaru

Purchased a 1996 Subaru for the nice low price of $4000. As of today we have spent over $4000 in repairs to the vehicle. If you want a good used car go some where else. We have submitted another review but it has not appeared on this page and I doubt if this one will either. They are crooks they have not returned our calls in regards to this car.

Here at The Sharpest Rides we do everything in our power to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, every customer gets the opportunity to inspect our vehicles before they make a decision, if they see something that they are not satisfied with and we can do something to make it better we will do it and put it in writing. Please keep in mind that we sell used vehicles and normal Wear and tear is something that we have no control over, this is something that occurs naturally and inevitably as a result of normal use and aging.

Good service

The truck I bought was better than described on the web. Lanny stood behind this product 100%. The remote didnt work they agreed to replace it, friendly rep very helpfull.

stay away

bought 2 cars here a couple of years ago. Both looked good but costs me tons of repairs the minute i drove them off the lot. All the reviews that say they sell nice looking cars that are full of problems....BELIEVE THEM. This dealership is as shady as it gets.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

This dealership gets people in with their low prices on nice looking cars but what they don't tell you is all the problems that lie under that nice exterior!! I bought a 2007 Nissan Altima from them in 2011 and let me tell you it was prime! I didn't even have it 6mo and the CVT transmission went out! Thats over 5,000 in repair costs!! They would have caught this on their "mechanic lookover" right!? Nope! My brother bought a chevy trailblazer the same time I bought my car and he had to take it back to the dealership 4 times because of bad or faulty engines! Lets just say we got out from under those pieces of junk real quick! This place is a scam! Sure their cars look nice and are cheap but thats only because you will be paying out your xxx in repairs! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

Not what you want

I bought a car there and said I would only agree if the key line scratch all the way around the car was fixed. they said ok and we agreed on a price (which they lied about there being a new buyer APR that could be reduced after 3 months of payments. i was 18 young and dumb). I took it back to get the scratch fixed and they said it would take 2-3 days. A week and a half goes by and still nothing. I kept calling the salesman and i guess he got tired of hearing i needed my car to get to work and didn't wanna keep having my girlfriend take me so he continued to hang up on me everytime i called. I eventually got the car back after 2 weeks. when i got it back, the scratch was still there!! they tried to buff it out even though me and the manager went over that the scratch was through the primer and you can't buff it out. not only that but the deep scratch on the roof wasn't even buffed! I must have misplaced my contract that said they would fix (repaint) the car and they told me i never signed one saying they would. they lie and cheat you and fully take advantage of you. go to a different dealer and spend 2K more for no headache
