The repairs to my car were done well and within the agreed-to timeframe. My service coordinator was very helpful, told us what we needed to know, and displayed good customer service skills. When picking up the car, we were happy to see it in a staging area ready to be driven off and were pleasantly surprised to see that it was washed!

Thank you for having the option for a woman service rep, Jilien Peltonen was wonderful! Also as always Tom Brown, sales manager stopped by to say hello. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Our technician, Dan, was very knowledgeable about the correct tires for our Impala. He explained the extended tire protection plan, which we decided to take. We always receive excellent service from Bergstroms.

Jillian at Bergstrom Neenah was great to work with. When my size tires were not in stock, she promptly ordered them and they arrived right on schedule. Costs were exactly as quoted, vehicle was ready on time and the car wash was an added bonus. I don't know of any other tire shop that washes your car for you. Also I appreciate the driver who drove me to work while my car was being worked on. Again this is something above and beyond what you would typically expect with a new tire(s) purchase. Lastly the service offering of an alignment check instead of jumping right into an unnecessary full alignment is a great option and I appreciated Jillian mentioning this to me. Overall it was a great experience and now we're going shopping for groceries with our festival cards. Thank you to the entire team. Every Bergstrom employee I encountered during my recent service was very friendly and helpful. The work being done on my car was explained to me in a way that I could understand; there wasn't any "car jargon" when I received updates on the work being done. By watching the Bergstrom employees interacting with each other, I could tell that there is a sense of respect that is apparent in every aspect of the company.

They fixed it right away... they are awesome! Unfortunately this is my second major car issue in a few months... but they saved the day again!

I was referred to Scott by a friend of mine and my experience was very good. He is very personable and not pushy. He took the time to let me test the vehicles before making a decision since I didn't know what I wanted to purchase at all. He gave me all options available. Thanks Scott.

I enjoy the shuttle service when needed. The repairs were able to be handled within warranty, as expected. Repairs done successfully. I appreciate the professionalism by the manager, the mechanic, the rental guy and the service person.

Not only am I likely to refer someone, I do as often as possible. Great experience, great people!! Many of the other employees that walked by the waiting room were very friendly and wanted to make sure I was comfortable.
