Very clean facility. Very helpful people.

John Dery was awesome!! My car had been in an accident, not my fault. John worked with me and the insurance companies in a very professional manner. My car was done in record time.

Great job Eric.

I had an ongoing problem with a TPMS system on the front right wheel, although the basic warranty was up , Eric had this covered under warranty anyway. A big THANK YOU.

New Truck Delivered to our Doorstep

Craig was very professional during the entire process. Although there was some miscommunication in pricing we felt he was sincere and he took the responsibility for the disconnect. When all was said and done he delivered our new truck to our driveway. We would definitely recommend Craig to others.

Gold Standard Customer Service

I have gotten my last 3 vehicles from Scott Spanbauer and GM of Neenah, even though the dealership is 2 hours away from my home. Their all around customer service keeps me coming back. In this case.... I made the trip to get my car serviced on a Sat, and was given a great loaner vehicle to attend to some other business i had. About an hour later Kristoffer Rhode called me back and told me the parts would't be in until Tuesday. They let me take the loaner home, 2 hours away... and when my car was repaired.... they had it waiting for me, at my home when i got home from work Wednesday... the driver handed me the paper work and off he went with the loaner! Gold Star Treatment!!!! Thanks GM of Neenah!!

Great Place to get your car fixed

Had a talk with john and he told me not to worry the car will be fixed right the first time, and he was right, he has a great crew working with him and everyone there seemed to be on the same page ,they had me talk with the rental car guy who was great, he set me up in a new car, what more can I ask for, when I got my car back to my suprise it was cleaned better than when I bought it .I was floored John said I would be happy and again he was right thanks once again bruce a

Effective repair & great shuttle service.

GM sent me a notice that the replacement of my faulty fuel level sending unit would be replaced at no cost to me. I called the number, a representative put me on a three way call with a Bergstrom service rep, Kristoffer Rohde, and he scheduled me for a convenient day and time for me to have the repair made and it was done to my satisfaction and my vehicle inspected, washed, and returned to me that same day. Thank You to the whole team. David Holm.
