My wife and I brought her 2010 Malibu in to identify a "noise" in the front passenger side wheel area and to have an oil change and tire rotation. Tom Faulkner greeted us, took us to the customer lounge area and proceeded to have the service done on our vehicle. Tom was very professional in his handling of our problem. He showed us what "Customer Service" should be.

The people I dealt with were very courteous and professional in answering any questions I had. They were very sincere and honest in answering my questions. I have no problem in bringing my vehicle back for any future repairs.

We went to the lot to have our oil changed, not expecting to purchase a car but to test drive a few we had been considering. With the help of Matt Ihde and the excellent deal that Bergstrom offered us on a brand new Cadillac ATS we could not resist purchasing that day. We are so pleased with the new car and could not be happier. Thank you Matt and the Bergstrom Staff for making and unexpected purchase so easy!

I was having a tire pressure problem on my wife's vehicle. Scott Rogers was able to get on this right away and had the poblem fixed within an hour.

The service was great. However the price was ridiculous. There are other places that change oil and rotate tires at a much more reasonable price. I am not likely to visit again and not likely to recommend to anyone

Have been thinking about a pickup for quite awhile and had some time so I stopped and looked around...the silverado caught my eye and went to check it out...Jason said Hi and told me a little about it and then Mike Domask came and took over with the rest of the details...anyway after driving a couple with different options and deciding on what I wanted I made the decision...Mike was very very helpful and answered all my questions and Mike and Jason found the one I wanted in Racine....Spent most of the time so far going over the manual and using the systems....Little prob with Onstar but Mike took care of it with them...

This was by far the single best sales experience I can recall. From start to finish and going the extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied with my new vehicle.
