The place is very clean, comfortable, friendly staff, opened doors every time, helped tight away and showed me the place and test d3ove 2 cars. Very very nice.

Had my car in and seat , stearer wheel all out of wack. Also, things missing. Leather seat had puncture holes. Not to happy

Mitch Vanhulst, Service Manager has personal assisted me, with my special needs whenever my Cadillac needs service. Mitch has picked up my car at my residence and returned it when service has been completed. His exceptional care and attention has always been of the highest quality. I could not be more pleased and thankful for Mitch and Bergstrom Neenah.

Unfortunately like so many dealers today, I was the victim of bait and switch. I was asked if I would be interested in a vehicle at a certain price, and when I called the same person back a week later they had no recollection of that offer. Disappointed, but getting used to it.

Was able to get my vehicle in same day without appointment ! Was kept informed of progress and nothing was done without my permission . Mark Bogan is exceptional Service Advisor .
