WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Called before driving 3 hrs was told 2021 chevrolet truck was ready to go, after getting there Kevin the salesman didn’t even come out to meet us sent another salesman to let us know the truck was in the repair shop with no panels on the truck and had no air conditioning working so they could not show the truck. Was not told anything was wrong with the truck before going all that way. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Not a huge fan.

Not a huge fan. Wanted an "out the door price" and was prepared to drive down, test drive and buy. "The sales manager I was working with apparently didn't have the ability to offer an out the door price. Instead, I got his boss--who had a special deal that was about 3500 more than their listed price. I told him he priced himself out of contention. He didn't seem to care one iota. I bought another car less than 24 hours later with zero slime in the sale process. So yeah...no this place is not my cup of tea.

Dishonorable and Poor Salesmanship

Do not recommend this dealer!! We agreed on the vehicle price via text message since, we are 1.5 hours away. We had the agreement proof via text. We drove 1.5 hours to close the deal and purchase the vehicle, upon arrival, they would not honor our agreed price and refused to budge on the list price of the car. They use the tactic where they "agree" on a price to get you in the door, then when you get there, they don't honor their agreements. Terrible salesmanship and completely wasted our time. Avoid if you can, there are plenty of other good dealers to choose from.

Outstanding Dealership and Service

Purchased my 2016 Ford F150 from them along with the extended warranty. No past problems, however, the day before the Christmas holiday my water pump went out. They got me in immediately and gave me a loaner to drive until my truck was fixed. I took it in at 8 a.m. and by 12 noon I had my truck back and I was on my way. Thank you so much Tyler (service dept) GREAT JOB!!!

Excellent service

We purchased a 2017 GMC Sierra SLE in Nov of 2019. Came off a local lease with 34k miles. Got a great deal on it. We have had 0 issues, we bought their extended warranty that covers the vehicle to 160k miles. We are at 80k. We have only done basic maintenance. Love the truck and would buy from them again.

I had a great experience they were very polite,

I had a great experience they were very polite, respectful, no pressure to buy. I was treated like a person not a dumb female, like past experiences from other dealerships. I would recommend them and will buy from again.

Autoexpress is awesome! Darlene is a gem!

Darlene in the service center is absolutely amazing! Very flexible and goes the extra mile to help customers!! The sales team is great too! James was super helpful! Will be buying more cars from them

Misrepresentation and poor customer service

I bought a vehicle here at the end of the fall which appeared to have a very nice finish on it. Within just a few months I had a few rust spots breaking through in different areas as well as the paint bubbling up in a few locations. It’s obvious now by how quickly it all that appeared that it had been “reconditioned” to sell. Not sure if it was done by the dealer or the place they got it from but either way Auto Express said they wouldn’t do anything to make it right. The situation was elevated to the owner but he didn’t feel they needed to offer any way of making it right. They did offer to take it on a trade in at what would’ve been their normal trade in value. Of course I was not interested in giving them another attempt to swindle me when they were not interested in making things right the first time. Please be very careful before buying a vehicle here. On a positive note the sales person I worked with initially was very nice.

They SOLD my reserved car!

Dealership sold my car to an employee after we signed a purchase agreement and I placed $1,500 cash down to reserve car. All details are on paperwork and dealership is dishonest.

Do not buy from here

I looked at a 2017 Lincoln MKC on 5/12/2021 with 27K miles on it , I live a few hours away went and test drove the Lincoln noticed the brakes where bad and had a slight smell of antifreeze. I mentioned these things to the salesman Vinnie or Vince ( Never trust a salesman that tells you a story about how he instructed his friend to get a free window out of his insurance company...that should of been a red flag for his integrity right there) Since they just got it in they stated they had not had time to detail it, or put it in the shop yet for inspection. The salesman assured me these vehicles all get the same inspection you would get with a dealer that sells certified pre owned. I took the company at there word due to high reviews and received a phone call a few weeks later stating my Lincoln was ready go everything was fixed and there was no issues and it was fully inspected and detailed. So I purchased the vehicle on 5/26/2021 and drove it home. Within 2 weeks I had a service light coming on for #3 misfire on the engine.....which should of been caught before I ever purchased it by the service department. I took it in to my local shop on 6/24/2021 for repair to find out it needed a whole new engine it was smoking on start up and antifreeze levels where low I hadn't even had to have my first oil change yet the odometer at this point read 31,042. Auto Express was made aware of the situation and sluffed it off stating the manufactures warranty would cover it and to take it to the dealership.... they should of never had this vehicle on the lot to begin with and regret going against my gut and buying from them. So almost 3 weeks later I have my Lincoln back with a new motor in it no thanks to Auto Express. ( I specifically stated to the salesman I need this for long trips for work and this was going to be used as a business vehicle and needed it all ready to go on pick up). So 5 months later in 12/2021 mileage at 45032 I have to have the brakes they supposedly fixed completely replaced on front because they did a shoddy job using cheap parts, also right front ball joint needs replaced which I cannot even get replaced due to back order of the part and supply chain issues even 3 months later....I CANNOT & WOULD NOT recommend this company at all due to there lack of thoroughness on inspections and untrustworthy salesman and failure to follow up with customers. They are in a bigger hurry to move the vehicles then they are in to take care of there customers and fix the issues with the vehicles before they leave the lot. Notice they sell a lot of vehicles with factory warranties left on them that way if something goes wrong they can just send you to the dealer instead and wash there hands of it at least that is my opinion of the situation. I have talked with other people that have purchased from there and they had similar issues had to take the vehicle in to the dealer to get it fixed with months of buying a barely used vehicle most of these came out of Canada. Just a fair warning to new buyers be aware and don't be in a hurry to buy from these guys use a third party inspection before purchase you may really be thankful you did. Also they advertise as no pressure no hassle salesman because they do not work on commission which is correct but they do get bonuses based on the sales they make so don't be fooled that salesman wants to sell you whatever they can regardless to make his/her bonus.. File report with BBB got no response at all....
