I previously had a windshield camera recorder installed

I previously had a windshield camera recorder installed which plugs into the pcm. I went in for an oil change and a recall repair. The wires were left hanging out, the filter life was not reset and greasy fingerprints were left up and down the hood. I’m usually very satisfied with the service, but the last service was not professional at all.

I took my truck in for normal routine maintenance and it

I took my truck in for normal routine maintenance and it had a couple of recalls. That was done properly and without a problem. I had also taken it in for a couple of other issues, and they weren't fixed. When I picked my truck up, I knew that it hadn't been taken care of, so I called my advisor (Andrea) outside to let her know the issues were still there. She told me to give her a couple of days so she could prepare a loaner for me, and that it would be prioritized and she would let her service manager know about the situation. Well, two weeks went by and didn't hear a word, so I called and she had completely forgot about me. Then it was the same sad story about giving her a couple of days and they would get it done asap. That's been almost two weeks now and nothing yet. So in all, it's been almost a month that I've been waiting to get my truck back in and I haven't heard anything from anyone.

Service with a smile that was efficient.

Service with a smile that was efficient. They took care of a recall I was my aware of. As a busy mom of 3 growing boys I’m truly grateful for how they put our safety forefront

Alex at big star provided us with an exceedingly

Alex at big star provided us with an exceedingly welcoming and relaxed buying experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions that we had with great detail. He ensured that I was able to get hands on experience with all of the special features and functions of my new truck. I will definitely return for any future vehicle purchases. If you want an educational and pressure fee buying an experience as well, I highly recommend Alex!
