I thought my salesman was outstanding. When it came to finance I felt trapped in the room and had to make some extended warranty purchase in order to leave. I regret my extra warranty purchases and the final process.

A unique customer oriented dealership.
A unique customer oriented dealership. Angela and I were very fortunate to buy a great used car from the Big Star Team . We were treated with great respect and they made the process so easy. We purchased a late model Mercedes from Big Star. The salesman was awesome and so cool. Between Sales and Financing there were no confrontations. Nothing quite like a one on one deal with the team at Big Star.

On 09/24/2024, I took my 2015 Buick Enclave into your
On 09/24/2024, I took my 2015 Buick Enclave into your dealership to get the driver side airbag replaced. I was notified that the part was in and scheduled a day and time to bring my car to the dealership. When I arrived I told the gentleman who checked me in why I was there. I sat for 2 hours before the service person came to tell me that they didn’t have the part for my car. I was told that the part would be ordered and it should be in 3 days and I would a text. More than one month has passed, I have not heard from the dealership. I have tried for several months to get the airbag replaced. I left three messages on a complaint phone number and I have heard from anyone.

Very dissatisfied with the service overall.
Very dissatisfied with the service overall. Bad customer service, from advisor assigned. No communication as far as vehicle status. Timeframe for simple repair (battery)was unacceptable, they had the vehicle for 5 days. Trying to get anyone to answer the phone is a battle as well. Hopefully the new manager takes over and makes service department valuable.
