Boris helped with my first Mercedes purchase and made the purchase process really streamlined and easy (He also made sure to answer all of my million questions). I recently managed to accidentally damage the interior of the car and he went above and beyond to make sure that the interior could be repaired and look like new. The service was great and Boris made sure I was fully informed each step of the way along the repair process. I will definitely get my next car from Sears and from Boris.
