We came into Sears after being disappointed with other dealers who wanted to play the game. We saw the vehicle we had already decided on. The condition was the best we had seen and the price was less considering all the extra options it came with. We looked at it, loved it and said we know what we want. We don't need sold and we don't have three hours for the painful process of purchasing. Boris listened well and prepared paperwork while we test drove, they immediately sent the vehicle to be cleaned and prepped. They put everything together in a very short time and we were out of there with our new vehicle within an hour. They put a ribbon on the car with sign thanking us and took our picture before we drove off. Class act! will definitely buy our next vehicle from them.

They did a great job of getting me in and out in one day..didn't have to leave it overnight...only complaint is spilled DEF had to be cleaned off... I consider that to be minor.... no leaks or messes otherwise.
