Great service center. Received us at the appointed time and were focused on meeting our service needs. We were a little concerned how they would receive a Class 4 RV. There was no concern. We waited for the service work and were kept informed of the progress through the process and were finished as estimated. Great job. Will continue to use Sears Sprinter services.
