Always have a great experience with Sears Imported Auto from purchasing new cars, used cars and using the service department . Everyone is always kind and helpful. I’ve purchased a few cars from Nick Griffin and he always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m getting exactly what I want or need.

I can’t say enough about Sue and how fabulous she was. Everything was seamless. She contacted me right away, sent me a video, followed up with a text message and then met me at the door when I arrived. She was very knowledgeable and I felt like I was buying my car from a friend. I have spent the last three months looking for a car and met with several sales people. Sue was by far the best I have met!

Serviceman got a little short with me because I didnt tell his up front that the annual service fee was included when I purchased the car
