Cliff did a good job explaing the service work needed on my Mercedes van.

Boris is the best, will be buying future cars from him and sending my family and friends. Dealership was professional and friendly, from the front desk to the finance manager. Plus was the snacks and water available.

Sears service people are extremely contientious and do excellent work. I have brought my Sprinter in to them two times and found them to be highly competent and a pleasure to work with.

Great easy process

I thought Boris was very informative when we ordered our GLE 580 giving us the options that he thought was important. After ordering the car he kept us updated on when production was going to start. When we picked car up it was impressive with being met with Manager and Boris and having someone to show how to operate all options.
