We had a great experience working with John at Sears - buying our car from out of state was smooth and efficient. They were able to answer all our questions and our car was exactly what we wanted it to be.

Excellent service all around and I highly recommend them when looking for a new or used vehicle.

They worked with me with excellent communication and prompt responses even on a used Maserati. We were able to make a deal quickly and efficiently even from out of state.

Sue was incredibly helpful and patient through the buying process and made sure I was purchasing the exact car I wanted. We made the decision to order the vehicle and she kept me informed during the entire build, ship, delivery process. Matt Goldman was also very thorough when going through the delivery of the car. Was patient with my questions and answered them completely. Kelly Rogers explained the paperwork in detail and meticulously went through my vehicle protection options. My only criticism was with the Sales Manager Aaron Schoenack. He really didn't seem interested in making us feel comfortable through the buying process. When we discussed my trade in he had a "take it or leave it" attitude. I could understand that he didn't want to haggle with the offer, but his attitude was very cavalier and uninterested like he had better things to do. Other than that, my experience with Sears Imported Autos was great.
