John was very easy and professional in making deal over phone. Car may be even more than what was represented. When taking delivery of vehicle, John gave us good orientation to first time MB owners and invited us to call with any additional questions. As a matter of fact, John called us before we made it home to see if we had any questions. Kelly was very professional in the business office and did not pressure us to buy any of the add-ons.
