While Sears is very close to me, I would definitely go out of my way to buy and continue servicing a car. Nick Griffin was wonderful to work with, and very knowledgeable about what different models offer. This is a difficult time to buy and sell items like cars- with COVID and unrest, but Nick made the experience as normal as could be, and comfortable as well.

I felt very well taken care of and respected. I am a young female and sometimes car shopping can be intimidating but I felt very comfortable and I would absolutely recommend this dealership! They were willing to work with me and I felt listened to as well.

Nick is an excellent salesman. Patient and informative. Went above and beyond So I could buy the vehicle that I was looking for. Answered all my questions and even was helping me with follow up after the purchase. That is a refreshing change because I've had some who act like they don't know you once you leave the dealership. Nick was not like that at all. He is a definite asset to this dealership and I would not hesitate to do business with him again even though he's over six hours away from me. Jason in the finance department was also awesome and had all the paperwork ready for me so he made the process easy, seamless, and painless. That's always a refreshing pace when it comes to financial matters.

Our salesman John Mulligan was great. He had the car we wanted to test drive up front and ready to go when we arrived for our appointment. We arrived early and that was a nice surprise. He handled everything and we were on our way in less than an hour, thanks again- Mary and Curt Otterness

I have been a loyal Ford buyer (except once buying a Chevy Malibu) and decided to look at a different make and model. I found the SUV I was interested in online, contacted the dealership on line. I was able to also pick which sales person I wanted to work with. John Mulligan my sales person, was awesome and so helpful. They let me take my time with the test drive, then answered every question I had. They showed me how everything worked, as it is a lot different then my Ford. No one was pushy about any of the decisions I had to make or even purchasing the vehicle. It was such a pleasant and wonderful experience. I also had brought my husband with because he needed to try the seats to make sure he liked the vehicle (he has a bad disc, so it needs to be comfortable for him to ride with me). He fell in love with the car and said he enjoyed the people there. Their facility is wonderful and every person was helpful. I have to go back to get some coatings on my seats and outside of the car and they said I could have a loaner car for that. No problem, so far, I would highly recommend Sears Imported Autos to purchase from. Very happy customer here.
