Buying a vehicle should be an enjoyable experience. More often than not that happy feeling of getting a new one or a pre owned one soon disappears after we walk into the dealership. I’m from out of town and Sears had a vehicle I was interested in. Brian sent me a narrated video of the vehicle and subsequently I bought it. Normally I do not buy vehicles online but since I’ve known Brian, for quite a while, I have great trust in him. He arranged everything so when I arrived I was in and out very quickly and was on my way with none of the 2 to 3 hour ordeals at other dealerships. The enjoyable experience is there knowing that Brian is there to help advise you from beginning to end, so you’ll never feel you’re by yourself.

Brian was the best! He was extremely patient as we tried to figure out exactly which car we wanted. 10/10. The most exceptional service!

Kelly was kind and easy to work with in finance, and each person that I worked with in the service department was so personal and accommodating. I came back to pick up my car the day after it was serviced, and the team remembered my name without me having to introduce myself. I was impressed!

We had a great experience with John! This was our second purchase from the dealership and we were a bit undecided on exactly what we wanted. Regardless of the back and forth John always was attentive, honest and prompt with responses. Regardless of how busy he was he always made you feel like you were his only customer. The only disappointment I had was they didn’t move on cost on the vehicle at all, even given we were returning customers. Sometimes a “feel good” budge just makes the customer happy confirming they got a good deal with the right dealer. Even though that final call was on the management, I know John vouched as much as he could for us. I highly recommend working with John and we will seek him out when we are in the market again. My experience with this dealership was great. They had the car out, ready for me when I arrived, and they made the entire car buying experience really easy. It took about 2 hours from after test driving to driving away in my new car, and I enjoyed every second of it. Im definitely coming back if I need another car.
