John was first class, I identified the vehicle and 24 hours later I was driving it home. I would definitely recommend John if you're looking for a vehicle. In addition the dealership experience was a very pleasant one with attentive staff. 5 Stars.

my buddy bought a car from John Mulligan at sears auto import couple of months ago. Few days ago my 99 ml 430 transmission went out, so it was definitely time for a new one. Called John and within a day got approved for a newer ML. Am guessing I wouldn’t have called him had the services he provided were terrible or mediocre. My buddy had a steal on his car and so did I. Go see the guy if your in the market for a car, you won’t regret it!

I walked into Sears to eliminate Mercedes GLE 350 from my short list, I was almost sure I wanted the BMW X5 i test drove the weekend before. I met John Mulligan at Sears sales, he was very friendly and professional. Immediately I test drove the GLE, I knew it was the car for me. John gave me all the pertinent information I needed and by the next day I was back to purchase my new car. I joked that i wanted my car wrapped up with a bow and to my surprise, my car was presented with a bow, a personalized message on the board and Logan, a dedicated tech guru was there to walk me through the gadgets. Thanks John for going above and beyond and also to Logan, Kelly and the team at Sears for making my Mercedes Benz experience a truly special one!

Now coming from someone that is purchased many vehicles in their lifetime and having to sit at a dealership waiting to have the process be over this by far in my 45 years of being on this earth was the easiest thing that I had happened. From the moment I called to the time we left we were treated with the upmost respect and courteous and friendly customer service that you can imagine. Could not be happier with our experience at Sears Auto. We had stopped by quite a few months before our purchase. I expected to be hounded like other dealerships (ie... phone calls, emails etc...) However, our salesperson Brian was terrific. He contacted us once after the initial visit by phone, and emailed to say thank you for stopping in," if you need me I'm here" When we were ready to buy, he was right there helping us decide what was a best fit for us, answered all our questions and was very patient.
