Could not be happier with our experience at Sears Auto. We had stopped by quite a few months before our purchase. I expected to be hounded like other dealerships (ie... phone calls, emails etc...) However, our salesperson Brian was terrific. He contacted us once after the initial visit by phone, and emailed to say thank you for stopping in," if you need me I'm here" When we were ready to buy, he was right there helping us decide what was a best fit for us, answered all our questions and was very patient.
