Great customer service

I visited Sears to look at a used Mercedes SuV. Justin Hagen showed me the vehicle. Although it was wonderful, it just wasnt the vehicle for me. He spent time helping me purchase a new suv that fit my needs and for a better price. We actually sat down and ordered the vehicle. Although I will have to wait a bit, this vehicle is made for me! Best vehicle buying experience I have ever had.

Don't buy a used benz here! They do NOT stand by their cars

Nothing but issues, and months of stress and unanswered phone calls. I've had over 5k in repairs on this car within months. I bought it with 47k miles on it (diesel blutec). I was told it was an older ladies car from the south (lie). It was from "elsewhere" and was a leased car. It's been a pain since we purchased it. And after I purchased it, it took them 4 days to let me pick it up (that should've been my clue to RUN). They kept calling me saying it ll be another day, another day, another day to pick it up. Now the guy that sold it to me no longer works there. Very fishy??? I'd love to know the truth. If you buy used here make sure you buy a warranty on it because they ll nail you with shop repairs. I think it's safe here, if you buy NEW only, but buy with a warranty or they'll screw you. This car & place brought me to tears! When I should be excited & happy about a new car. It took DAYS to return my phone calls. No one wanted to deal with the problem they dumped it my garage & check book. OIl leaks, converter ($1200), window motor ($800), and so on and so on and so on....the list goes on. I will NEVER buy a Mercedes here again. We are looking for a new one "elsewhere." Their customer service was horrible and they lost us as a Mercedes customer for life.

We looked it up, it said NJ, not NY excuse me. I was off a few 100 miles. Yes please send it to me because that's different than what we found looking it up.

Awesome

My wife and I decided to come and check out this dealership not having any intention to buy our vehicle. We came with just a few questions to ask the sale associate. During our visit, the sale associate Sarah Britney helped to answer all of our questions. She was so patient with us. We told her the kind of Vehicle we wanted. She shown us the car, we took it for a test drive, and we absolutely fell in love with it, but we felt that the sticker price was too high for our budget. But Sarah encourage us to sit down at her desk and ran through a few price options and see what she can come up with for us. We were so nervous about negotiating. We are not good with negotiations part. Well, we didn't need to be very good at all. We told her the price we wanted for the car and with a little bit of fine tune, we got our dream car. It was that easy buying from this dealership. In just a few hours, everything was so smooth transition and we took our baby 2017 GLE home. YES, YES! My wife and look at each other And couldn't believe that we just bought our dream car? LOVE IT!!! Sarah Britney, you are very patient and professional ?????????? Thanks!!! Aaron Shoenack, you are the best sale manager ever ?????????? Thanks for making it possible!!! Tyler, you are very knowledgeable in what you do. ?????????? Thanks I would recommend anybody to buy the car from this dealership.

Andre Bacsa always delivers excellent customer service

Over the last 17 years my wife and I have purchased over ten vehicles from Andre, most of which were Mercedes Benz. In addition , I have referred numerous people to Andre. Outstanding Customer Care

Outstanding customer care from initial auto search to final paperwork and auto familiarization session. Professional, educational and low pressure environment. Dealership has a great inventory of autos making auto comparison a much better experience rather than looking at pictures and or words in brochures. Go to Sears Imported Auto and ask for Endre, he will take excellent care of you from start to finish!

Treated very poorly, very disappointing.

I didn't purchase my Mercedes from here so I can't review the buying process or helpfulness in that process. The reason I didn't buy my car from here is because I talked to Endre on the phone and he pretty much just blew me off and rushed me off the phone like he didn't have time for me. If he doesn't have the time for me when I'm clearly ready to buy, he sure won't have the time or patience with followup questions or concerns. Looks like I'll buy my Mercedes from Bob at Maplewood Mercedes, he was helpful and courteous and answered all my questions.

A No Planning Purchase

This was a ONE stop shop with no long term planning. Met with Sarah Britney and she created a very comfortable atmosphere, and patiently narrow down the option that fitted my lifestyle, and budget, and after about two I bought Benz. No regrets. .

Fantastic purchase

I flew to MN from Texas just to purchase this car. This staff is A number one. From the time we walked in the door meeting Aaron the manager to Sarah to Kelly - what an amazing group of folks. This was the best car buying experience I have EVER had!! I will be back soon for our second purchase. Thank you for the amazing service.

A professional!

I'm not one who usually writes these kind of things, especially when it comes to salespeople, but Sarah truly is the best in the business. She knows her cars, their features and most of all, really has a knack for listening to my needs and was able to match the perfect car for me and was able to do it without any of the smarmy car sales pitch. I had a fantastic experience purchasing my vehicle through her and she has been incredibly responsive to everything I have asked her since I drove away in my new car! I couldn't possibly recommend her enough, and I'm actually excited for her to sell me my next car!

Brian Podgorski was great!

First time going to this dealorship, after my car was totaled I needed to find another vehicle. Brian was easy to work with. I really appreciated how everyone was so efficient and fast passed when I went to pick up and sign for the vehicle! It didn't take hours, I think I was in and out in about 30 minutes! Very impressive! Also appreciated the follow up phone calls to make sure everything was working out well.
