Wonderful change!

My sales person took the time I needed to educate myself and have a fun buying experience. I changed brands from BMW so I was a little skeptical. I make my buying decisions based on whether or not a dealership can sell me my next car - not the first car. This means valuing my business and providing a quality experience. Sarah definitely earned my business!

Back to Benz

Dropped in on a whim to inquire about a used pre certified MB convertible. It unfortunately was driving off the lot as I arrived. Met John Mulligan who had the inventory details and let me know what other similar models they might have available. As I waited a used SLK convertible was right by John’s desk. I liked the sporty look and price compared to the earlier CLS 550 I was drawn to. The color and details of the SLK began to excite me to have it removed and test drive. The rest is history and I selected it without much of any hesitation. John did a great job gathering information, answers to my questions and preparations for me taking ownership. Kelly Rogers in Finance worked with me to arrive at the best financing deal and add on features. I drove off on a spectacular sunny Saturday after only about 2.5 hours in a car that looks like it was made for me. Looking forward to a lasting relationship as I work with the rest of Sear’s staff to service my SLK!

Sales and Service from Soroush Nezhad

Excellent person to work with. Knowledgeable, patient, personable. Understands client needs Excellent service and follow up I know I can always reach out to Soroush and he will assist. Returned to Sears and another Mercedes purchase because of the sales and service departments.

Great customer service with exceptional attention to detail.

Stopped in because we saw a used vehicle that caught our interest. It didn’t even seem to matter that we weren’t looking at an expensive vehicle. The salesman was still very interested in helping us.

Happy our car search ended here!

We've been searching all over the metro for a replacement vehicle and happened upon Sears Imports randomly. We were attracted to them for their deep inventory of used C-Class cars and stayed for the great customer service. Jared was fantastic and allowed us time to make sure the car we selected was the right one for us. When it came to inking the deal, Jared and Kelly were never pushy and were very upfront throughout the entire process. They valued our trade-in exactly where we needed to be without haggle and the price of the used C-Class was priced to sell. This was the best dealership experience we've had in a very long time.

Great experience buying our dream car

John Mulligan was a pleasure to work with. He answered all of our questions about the vehicle and made it extremely fair and efficient to trade in our existing car. This is our second vehicle purchase from Sears and with staff like John we'll be back again.

No Pressures....Excellent Customer Service!

When I car shop, one of my pet peeves is an aggressive and pushy salesperson, who blows your phone off the hook. You will not get this from Val Jackson! She waited very patiently when shopping around for an E400, even while we were looking out of state for this model. She is very knowledgeable of the Mercedes products, providing a comfortable and warming partnership in looking for that right car!! Thank you Val for your Excellent customer service and making our purchase effortless!!! Thank you also goes to Matt Goldman, the product concierge, for taking the time and patience for reviewing the special features the car provides.
