Service was quick and John was fantastic. He quickly picked up on our needs and steered us to a completely different car from what we originally thought was “the car” and he was completely right! We thought the 2017 CLA was the right fit and after a quick look realized it was way too small for our needs. John recommended a 2015 CLK and though it was a bit older, he couldn’t have been more right. Jennifer helped us with the transaction and was funny, friendly and helped make the paperwork a breeze and not at all stressful. Great dealership and would totally recommend.

A simple process in purchasing a vehicle at the dealership. A knowledgeable financing department made the process very timely. Left with a very well equipped vehicle with a good rate.

Not sure where to start. We purchased a CPO GL350 from Sears in February of 2018. Shortly after taking delivery we noticed that the paint did not match on the vehicle yet it has a clean Carfax. When we questioned Sears we learned that about 25% of the vehicle had been painted as a result of the attached damage. The vehicle also had suspension noise in the front right and spent several weeks if the Sears service department and did ultimately replace the strut and the this resolved the issue. At some point the headliner had been removed and not reinstalled correctly causing an unusual amount of noise when going over a bump in the road. Now that it is warm we attempted to use the A/C and found it did not operate and was low on refrigerant and in addition the check engine light goes on intermittantly and it was discovered that a a sensor needed to be replaced. We have purchased Certified Pre Owned vehicles in the past from Minneapolis Audi and had an amazing experience. This has not been the case with Sears and Mercedes.

Sears imported autos has a great selection of cars and Brian is super nice and helpful with the whole car buying process. Highly recommend him to anyone that needs help finding the right car!
