Sears Imported Autos

I live in Denver and was dissatisfied with the prices of AWDs there, so after test-driving a used GLK and looking around for a decently priced one in Denver, I went to the web and located several better deals, including two at the Sears dealership. I worked out a deal over the phone with Sarah, she held the car for me so I could make my arrangements, and took delivery in Minnetonka 10 days later. The car was exactly as Sarah said it was. Everything that was promised was delivered.

I had a great experience with William Steiner. I would recommend him to anyone. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. He was very helpful all the way through purchase to pickup.

We contacted William Steiner about a car which was hard to find. He went to work and was able to swap a build spot with another dealer and get the car just as it was about to ship out of Germany, and reroute it to us. Once it arrived, the experience to close the deal and pick it up was an actual delight - I never thought I would say that about a car-buying experience. This was my wife's first Mercedes and when we got there to get it, there was the whole red carpet, bow, sign, etc. along a fantastic business experience and the tech/education overview without any rushing, really taking the time to teach her the car. There is absolutely no negative I can say, Sears just has this down to a science and could teach even other industries about customer experience.

Soroush was about as professional, honest and forthcoming as one can hope for when shopping for their next vehicle. His mastery of the market and auto expertise shined through his recommendations. If you were to even consider purchasing a new car, I wouldn't hesitate to pick up the phone and call Soroush before making an ill informed decision. He knows the business, he knows the cars, but more importantly he listens to your needs because he knows the people.

I have had my CLS 550 for just about a year. Soroush has been here for me from the moment we walked into the dealership and purchased the car. When I have a question about anything, he makes himself immediately available, no matter what the question. Each and every time I have been in for routine maintenance or to service my car, Soroush pops into the service garage and says "Hi". Unreal. This morning I needed to schedule body work for my car. The body shop (who have been equally communicative and helpful) stated that I would have to rent a car while my car was being fixed-5-7 days. Since I would have to be carpooling children to and from school and sports events, I was not really comfortable with getting a make and model I was going to be completely unfamiliar with. I called Soroush, asked if I could possibly get a loaner car that I would be familiar with and he made it happen. Wow! I have referred a number of friends to this dealership and to Soroush specifically. Of course, I love my Mercedes, but the experience with the dealership and Soroush in particular has made all the difference.

Daniel was great. Very helpful. Great with the prices. Great selection. I love these people. I would recommend to anybody else wanting to buy a Mercedes-Benz in Minnesota or the Midwest. Maybe the US.

Me go to Sears Imported Auto? Never I thought. I saw a car I liked online and it led me there. I was welcomed and always felt like I was a long time customer, even though I had never bought a vehicle there before. I could not afford new, but they had a good selection of previously owned. Mine happened to be 10 years old with only 63,000 miles. The used car manager welcomed me, as did the store manager. William my final salesman was very helpful and considerate all the way from start to finish. A great place to buy a car.

Soroush was very fun to work with, and thanks to him the car purchase experience was very seamless and enjoyable. This is the third car I have purchased from Sears Imported, and because of their service, we remain loyal customers.
