I had such a wonderful experience buying my Mercedes sedan. Nick Mcgoven was so kind and walked me through the whole search and buying experience. It was a no pressure and very pleasant experience. He so kindly answered all my questions. I called and left a message after a test drive later that day. I decided to purchase my vehicle He promptly called me back and let me know he would take care of it and I could come in Monday and finish the purchase. I know I can call him anytime in the future with any questions and he will take care of it. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and highly recommend him and Sears Imported Auto.

Nick was awesome! We walked in off the street with a pretty extensive list of wants Nick was able to quickly identify two new vehicles that were available for purchase! He Did a great job of articulating the benefits of each model without putting a ton of pressure on us to choose one way or the other. In less than two days we drove Off the lot with an amazing new car!
