Terrible experience.
Terrible experience. A little over a week after purchase, the vehicle I had purchased had problems. Salesperson said "It wasn't that way when we sold it to you". No concern that the vehicle they just sold had issues. I brought it in to the service dept. They did the bare minimum. They said they couldn't diagnose any problems. They did not do any research, only looked for codes from the scanner. They said they did me a favor not charging me for looking at the vehicle. Thanks for not charging me for not doing any work. Burnsville Toyota and their service center really lived up to the bad reputation of the Used Car Salesman. I have taken it to my regular mechanic. They have pointed out somethings to me that show that the salesperson told me some things that were not true.

Waiting for the car :-(
Luis continues to be very helpful. The biggest issue is the availability of the car I want (a RAV4 Hybrid). We are looking at an approximately eight month order time (!) And I have some concern that the order will not be fulfilled in even that length of time
