The dealership is located in Lodi and it's a great location if you live in Bergen County. The front desk guys are very professional and make you feel welcome. They have a nice waiting area where you can have free Starbucks coffee while you wait for your car to be serviced. There was a really friendly lady who walks around offering you bottled water and different chips and snacks. I chatted with her a bit about different things and it made the time go by faster. Each department really does their best to take care of their customers. In the service department a really tall guy with white hair took care of me. He is the best, such a sweetheart and the service manager Enrique was sweet too... very professional and energetic and courteous! The whole staff is great! Definitely check them out!

My favorite dealership by far
I absolutely love this dealership. It not not large and overwhelming like so many other dealerships but they can accommodate any request you make for a car. The people are extremely friendly and kind and offered my child snacks and a drink. My 4 year old loved them by the time my visit was over. Not only did I buy my car there but I will now bring it only there for service or repair of any kind. Charlie in sales and Jeans in service are amazing, and the girls behind the desks are so kind. Great experience!!!

BUYER BEWARE!
if I could give less than 1 star I would. Initially walking in the sales rep I met with was very nice but was not knowledgeable about his stock. I found a vehicle I wanted and moved indoors to talk money this is where the nice guy routine stopped. when I informed them I would be financing the vehicle they informed me the price would go up 1,500 dollars! however I liked the car and came back with cash to close the deal where they insisted tax title and registration would be included in my price because it was a "cash deal". unfortunately I found these promises to be less than true as well. they did not complete the exchange of the title claimed the registration and plates were not included and then tried to charge me an additional 150 dollars to reissue a temp plate. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE AT THIS DEALER! THERE ARE MANY OTHER MAZDA DEALERS OUT THERE! However if you do go with them get everything in writing and trust none of what you're told....... Cant say no one warned you!

I highly recommend this dealer. Very nice,honest and helpful.Great price on great car. Charlie Garcia took care of all details for me,saving me a lot of time. Within a few days time,he had me approved for loan,car picked out,and home with it. This is the only dealer I would recommend.

Poor service, poor vehicle knowledge
I went in after speaking to a manager via online submission. We didn't get far into negotiating. The sales Rep, while fairly kind, lacked product knowledge and behaved a bit too slick for my liking. Charlie was somewhat offensive in person. I would not recommend this dealership.

the best experience ever !
This is not the first time I was shopping for a car, but the first time that I got just amazing customer service from the car dealer. I have to say I had really bad experience dealing with dealers before, but this time was such a difference. I was just amazed by the customer service and the way I was taken care of. My sells person was Rick Mostacero and he is the BEST. He listens, he doesn't push you to do something you not comfortable with, he even gave me a ride so I can get car insurance since I did not want to do it over the phone. He also recommend place, and I should have listened him from the beginning cause i got the best rate. Overall it's was the best experience ever and Rick is the right guy !!!

MAZDA OF LODI
FROM THE MINUTE I SEEN THE CAR ONLINE THEY CALLED ME AND WERE VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. WHEN I WALKED IN THE PAPERWORK WAS READY. THE SALESMAN NEW I HAD JUST HAD OPEN HEART SURGERY AND I COULD NOT WALK AROUND THE LOT LOOKING AT CARS. HE WAS SO HELPFUL.
