Greg was great to work with. We called ahead to check on a car they had on the lot. When we got there, we test drove a few and decided against both. Greg suggested we look over their inventory, because they were an Apple dealership. Long story short we found a car we wanted to look at, but it was at a different dealer. Greg drove down there on the spot, we test drove, and bought the car. Apple Suzuki has a very fair no haggle policy. In the excitement of moving from dealer to dealer, and looking at cars and paper work, we forgot to get the second set of keys. Called Greg, and they are in the mail. You really couldn't ask for much more.

Prices and car info often not posted, high pressure sales, and the ridiculous, time-consuming game of 'write down the price you want to pay and I'll take it to the sales manager ... gee, he said he just can't let it go for that, here's the number he's thinking...'? At AAG, the price is clearly marked in every vehicle - and that is THE PRICE. What a refreshing concept! The salesperson (Bob) was helpful, knowledgeable, and patiently answered my questions. My trade was priced in minutes, and the finance process was a breeze. Everyone - and I mean everyone, was friendly and helpful. This is how the car shopping experience should be structured! Had trouble with my tire pressure monitoring system, had a nail in my tire and they fixed it and recalculated my tire monititoring system right on the spot. Very helpful and very professional.

Being African American, we don't alway get treated fairly at dealerships, before I went to Apple Suziki, I went to a dealership maybe a half block away, now of the sale people would even come out side, I guess their lost. I had a wonderful experience, and I have ready referred this dealship to my friends.
