I would recommend this dealer 2 people because the people are nice & friendly plus some of their mechanics that I've met were pretty friendly & they do good work.

Purchasing a new vehicle was an easy hassle-free experience at Tappahannock Chevy. Everyone from the salesperson, Josh, to the manager, Deb, to the finance person, were friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

Friendly employees. Did not push to make the sale. Even though there was a flat tire and dead battery, they hurriedly made things right to secure the sale.

I made 4 trips to this dealership to get a warrenty repair to end with damage to my car by the mechanic and a bad repair job. The sales manager never followed up to get my car repaired correctly I had to pay to have it done correctly somewhere. And after the salesman called and told him about it I still haven't heard anything from the manager

We travelled over 300 miles to purchase a great internet find. The Denali was as billed: clean and low miles. A few cosmetic issues were quickly promised to be corrected by the dealership in conjunction with our local GMC dealer. Parker and Debbie facilitated an easy process getting the truck ready to go home. I only wish they were closer to us! We'll be back for our next one.
