Very satisfied!

Everyone was very courteous and professional. Even while I walked around outside I was approached by a very professional young man, one of your salesmen. I believe that his name was Kia. I enjoyed our conversation about the new Impala's.

Great customer service!

Tapp Chev always provides great customer service. They work with the customer to schedule routine service (oil changes, tire rotation, state inspection, etc.) when it's convenient for the customer. Quick and efficient, I like it!

2015 Sonic

I took my 2015 Chevrolet Sonic to Tappahannock Chevrolet without an appointment for a warranty repair. They took care of my issue and communicated with me the whole time...Great job!!

Great service

The service personnel took my car right away. They alerted me to have my car inspected since it was a month overdue. My car was taken care of in a timely manner.

Great Service

My service advisor, Matt, was straight up and honest about all work that had to be performed. He even offered me a loaner car while I was there because of the length of time I was waiting. It helped a lot so I could get my other errands done while my truck was being worked on. I am truly grateful.

Honest, Friendly, Curious, Integrity, Hassle Free

I have been bought eight cars and would not think about buying any where else. The down home country folks at Tappahannock Chevrolet have always helped me buy the right fit vehicle for my wife and family working within my budget. My saleswoman Karen Revere has always placed me in the right vehicle for my family. The entire staff including there service department have always been up front and honest. I would not buy or service my vehicles any where else. Great facility and team. They have always stood behind there vehicles and have never been screwed as has happened in the past at other dealers. Every deal has been done with the utmost disclosure and integrity. Buying every vehicle from Tappahannock Chevrolet has been hassle free without the big city aggression that I have experienced at other dealers.
