Returning costumer for my next vehicle after 5 years expecting the same great service I had gotten before but instead was a waste of time.. told them what I wanted and my budget..the salesman just kept showing me cars that I didn't want or was so far out of my price range, not helpful at all, didn't seem to want to help me..not to mention the trade in apprassial was less than half of my cars value..definitely not what I had expected..did not feel appreciated as a returning customer at all..plenty of other places I can go in mechanicsville..

Matt Lam was a very conscientious sales advisor. I actually visited the car lot on a Sunday evening looking for a 2015 Ford Explorer with 5K miles that I found on the website. I could not find the vehicle as the finance man had driven it home. Upon calling on Monday morning, I talked to Matt and stopped by the dealership in the afternoon. He let me test drive the Explorer with no questions asked. When I returned, he showed me a Buick Enclave and a GMC Acadia Denali that had just been put on the lot. The vehicle hadn't even been cleaned and didn't have an inspection sticker. That was the vehicle that sparked my interest. Then he showed me a Toyota Highlander. Matt was patient enough to let me line up all the vehicles next to my Jeep for comparison. I wanted something a little larger with 3rd row seats and more comfortable. His expertise fit the bill for my very detailed shopping. Matt was so accommodating as well as Debbie Jenkins and Aaron in finance in purchasing my Acadia. Matt was patient and had a wonderful personality. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. He's the BEST!!!

Northern Neck's #1 Chevy Team!
I have been buying vehicles, both previously owned and new, a total of five vehicles, from Tappahannock Chevrolet and specifically from Matt Lam since moving to the Northern Neck in late 1999. My most recent transaction was to trade in my 2013 Chevrolet Avalanche (which I purchased through Matt) for a new 2015 Chevrolet Malibu LT. Matt was well aware of my situation and did his research and came up with what has been a great choice for me and my needs. His help, along with the help from Aaron, gave me the service I have come to expect and have received from the staff at Tappahannock Chevrolet. Great service efficient service personnel
Technicians did everything the diagnostic report said needed to be done. There was no long waiting period before car was serviced.

Great Service and Car Buying Experience!
Ms. Lisa Jenkins was wonderful to deal with while I was looking for a vehicle. I found her to be friendly, patient and efficient as I settled on the vehicle of my choice. The process was smooth and stress free. I highly recommend Tappahannock Chevrolet. Go see Lisa...she'll take great care of you! You will also find the service department to be top-of-the line. My husband and I both take our vehicles for maintenance. This process is right on the money...just recently, I scheduled an appointment for 8 a.m. Thirty minute later, I was done...Now that's service!!!
