Best Service in and out of town

This dealership and employees are easy to work with. Chris Weinberger made the process enjoyable. The finance process was even easy to understand. Everyone was very patient and bent over backwards to help us get into the truck of my husbands dreams. i would recommend everyone to come to this dealership. We do not live near Waconia and we still will make the drive with out question to purchase our next vehicle here. They have gained a loyal customer with me and my family.

Exceptional service! Thanks Chris and Ryan!

We could not be happier! This is our 3rd vehicle purchased from Waconia Dodge. Every time we have worked with Chris and he always goes above and beyond and we drive away happy! We also had the opportunity to work with Ryan in financing. Again exceeded our expectations! What we thought was not possible they made possible for us! Good sales experience

Car shopping is on my list of least favorite things to do but Greg Grillo at Waconia Dodge Chrysler did a super job of finding the Town & Country van my husband and I were looking for. There was no question he couldn't answer for us, very knowledgeable in all areas. Appreciated the time he spent with us explaining & demonstrating all the options & accessories on our van and letting us know we could check back with him at any time we had further questions. Great overall experience!

excellent service, Chris Weinberger a 4x4 expert made it pain free in buying my new dodge ram 3500 megacab 6.7 diesel. very knowledgeable salesman and took the time to show me every detail on the truck. chris went above and beyond my expectations. A++++ . thank you chris for taking care of me.

Great place to do business

Mike Willie is great to do business with. Knows the product very well, and is very good at explaining how to use all the electronic features of the vehicle purchased. Enjoyed the experience. This is the second Vehicle purchased from by my Family in the last 8 months they are both Ram 1500s.

Professional, knowledgeable and courteous

I recently purchased a Town and Country van from Waconia Dodge. This for anyone is a 'big' decision but I met an individual by the name of Chris Weinberger who helped me through the process. He understood what I wanted and could afford and was very patient, answering questions I had and had my best interests in hand. He was most professional and courteous and I left knowing I was now driving a van I could feel safe and comfortable in. It is refreshing to have dealt with a dealership that employs salesmen such as Chris and other auxiliary personnel that were friendly and helpful as well. Ellie C - Le Sueur

Do not buy from Waconia Dodge, Jeep,Ram!!!

Bought a used vehicle from them, temp license expired. No loaner or compensation. 15 days after being told not to drive vehicle new plates show up. They offer a car wash and it happens excuse! Bad buying experience

Sorry that you feel our dealership provided you with a bad experience. If we would have known the license plates on the vehicle that you purchased were missing we would have ordered them right away instead of just getting the tabs. Sometimes license plates get stolen off vehicle that are on our lot or other locations, that is why our process is to check each vehicle individually prior to delivery, unfortunately, this step was overlooked. Our records do show that the vehicle had plates on it when it was traded in to us. Unfortunately, we feel your request for us to make one of your vehicle payments is a little excessive, which is why we offered a cash payment of a lesser amount in addition to a vehicle detail and oil change. A loaner vehicle would have been given if requested. We would like to resolve this issue with you, feel free to contact our General Manager at 952.442.2010.
