Great service and helpful staff

Chris Weinberger contacted us quickly after our initial email asking about a vehicle we had seen on CarSoup. He helped us through the process and went the extra mile to help us secure financing. He and his team were a pleasure to work with. We are thrilled with our Jeep and plan on returning to Waconia Doge Chrysler Jeep RAM for our next vehicle. Nothing but smiles from Waconia Jeep

For my first car buying experience I hope all future ones go as easy as this one. The dealership made it easy and stress free. They did their research and were able to find the car I wanted in the color I wanted even though it was not on the lot or in the state. I was very pleased with my experience and will be coming back to this dealership for years to come.

Terrible Service

Called for a service appointment because my check engine light came on. Asked when I could get it in they said we are really backed up. and told me Monday is the first available day they had. I called on Tuesday. I think that is bad service seeing I bought the vehicle from the dealer ship. they had no concern that the engine light was on. would not recommend there service dept.

Great Service with a friendly hometown touch.

Scheduled a test drive and arrived to find a friendly face and a pre-warmed up van ready to go. Worked with Chris Weinberger and he was great! Down to earth, family oriented and very helpful. Answered all our questions and had great follow-through.

Great Customer Service

Matt Stole and John Fahey did an awesome job getting me into my new 2015 3500 Ram. Answered all my questions day or night and made sure the trades I traded in were valued appropriate and gave me a great deal on the truck. All in all a win win for me and Waconia dealership. Excellent Experience This dealership is fantastic!

This dealership is fantastic! The service is second to none. I worked with Chris Weinberger and he went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had. If he didn't know the answer he went and found out, a truly great salesman, That being said the rest of the staff is great, they helped me find a loan, took my trade in and filled my new vehicle with gas before I left. I have no complaints on this dealership and would recommend it to anyone.
