Bill in finance was highly offended when I denied his gap coverage because I got it through my insurance company for $3.00/month extra and Bill lost his commission on it. Also, Bill wrote my lease up for 0% financing which I had questioned on a new 2021. I had to go back in to do new paperwork. Bobby was good to work with. Not pushy as some salesman can be. To me a pushy salesman shows desperation which is a weakness.

Sales team was great, but after driving the car less than 50 miles, the check engine light came on and repairs needed. The car was not properly inspected prior to sale. Now the car is in the shop and waiting for parts to be ordered

First service of used e-golf after owning it for a year
The dealership wa set up so carefully to keep customers safe from Covoid-19. They explained my options for service very clearly. The wait for my car was within the time estimate. The waiting room was clean and quiet, with adequite space between a carefully distributed number of customers. I felt safe and well served.

I was treated very fairly by the staff at Westside. I went in expecting to have to argue some points of the sale, but having done my homework I was surprised that everything they glossed over and pushed through quickly was exactly as I expected. Received a very nice price for my trade in.

Fast and attentive
It was a quick appt but the team needs to work on what contactless service really is. I had someone at my door and within 6 feet of me. After my appt was done, I had to again ask for it to be contactless. A hard process to get used too ... great job overall.Di

I had a major repair scheduled for June 1st. My car was finished, washed, and ready for pickup before lunch. All docs and payment were completed online with ease.

The people there are really nice. Very good costumer service. Sale associate Helton was super fast and could tell he cared about what people needed. He even replied to my wife on a Sunday, and saw her the next day as early as the building opened. The car we got was very nice and great condition.
