After leaving dealership on initial purchase of vehicle check engine light illuminated. Returned car for service next day and was told would have to leave car for repair. Not what I expected from a CPO car. Will be a total of two extra visits plus a lot of extra time on my part to make care hopefully right. Would appreciate any credit or compensation for my time and inconvenience. Service staff were excellent, and believe they care about the quality of my car.

The 10,000 mile service was easy to schedule online. When I arrived the service person was quick to welcome me and begin the paperwork. My car was washed (after being asked) and the work was done in about an hour.

Prompt, great communication, and quality work. The only question I had was that my trip odometer was reset and I had just filled my tank that morning. Was the gas tank topped off?

Helton and Don were awesome to work with. They went above and beyond our expectations. When I mentioned that there was a small scratch on one of the panels, without hesitation Helton asked the detail department to look at it and they were able to make it look like a brand new car. That sealed the deal for us.

The experience could not have been more thoughtful, efficient and safe. A quick pull-in, minimal contact, courteous distancing and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, including signing for and getting into a loaner vehicle.
