Great experience. Excellent service in all aspects of the transaction, everything went smoothly and in a timely manner. I have switched models and look forward to experiencing a new vehicle.

20 K check and service. All done except the tire rotation that Tao and I talked about. Lynn said it should be done later. Why the difference in time and need for rotation?

Asked to have my car ready by 4pm and was told no problem. When I checked with the service desk at 4:15pm they said they had called me to ask about 2 new front tires they said I needed. Check my phone and I didn't have any calls from them. I didn't have time for the tires as I was already late. Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes later. It wasn't. It was finally ready at 5pm. Not the end of the world but was very disappointed. I'll be getting the 2 new tires somewhere else.

Juri was Awesome!! He was friendly, easy going, knowledgeable and made the entire process effortless. He helped me get my old lease turned in and into a new 2019 Tiguan.

Exceptional in every way. Our sales lady, Maura, was so helpful and very knowledgeable. We drove a Jetta and Passat, both were great but decided on the Passat.

I can't say enough good things about Juri Longinov at Westside VW.....he was thorough, gracias, and incredibly helpful. He helped me think through all the various scenarios in front of me.....purchase my leased 2016 Tiguan, lease a new 2019 Tiguan, purchase a new 2019 Tiguan, or find a used 2018 Tiguan. That's a lot of numbers to consider. I felt like he was honest and upfront with me the entire time. I'm sad to say that he lost the sale though as we found the perfect 2018 used Tiguan at Luther Burnsville VW and they would not release the car to Luther Westside VW.....even though it's company policy that they do. I had to purchase from another salesperson who didn't do any work for the sale. I would highly recommend Juri to anyone!
