My experience was conducted in a professional manner. Mauer was polite, friendly and informative. She was able to answer all my questions right on the spot.

12-08-18 Purchased Golf Volkswagen Yellow light on dashboard appears intermittently replaced windshield wipers 1-31- 19 Needed to replace battery 3-27-19 Catalytic converter replaced 4-11-19 car did not start, towed problem "fixed" left dealership car did not start, towed again, car did not start 4-13- Picked up car, car did not start Rental Car with the chaos of going back and forth I accidently put diesel in the rental car - the Golf is diesel , was charged $800.00 I explained the situation and $400.00 was taken off. I would like Westside to work with me to trade in this car and reimburse me $400.00 I purchased the car for $11,000 and was told by Mikhail Lemishenko that it is now worth $7,000

I came in with an oil leak after having my oil changed by a service station near me, needless to say they did the job poorly. I was happy to have the experts at Westside diagnose an fix the leak. No more oil changes at the service station! thanks guys!

Interacted with multiple staff members. All were helpful. There was some confusion at pickup as to which set of keys were mine. But that was quickly resolved. Not a problem.

I really like my car and the service was great except for the tactics used to sell you a pulse brake light. After we agreed on a price the salesman and another employee state that the car has a pulse brake light installed, it will cost an extra $250, but we can remove it if you don’t want this safety feature. I reluctantly agreed to just leave it in. When I got home I looked up the pulse brake light online. It seems many car dealers, not just VW dealers are using this tactic to sell this feature. The part itself can be purchased online for about $20 and is easy to install.

I gave an excellent review because everyone was very friendly and professional. The service was completed in a timely manner. Plus they washed my car before being returned.

Superior service! Juri Loginov is the best. He was able to answer all my questions & provide me with the convertible of my dreams-a red Beetle w/tan & all long distance as live 10 hours away. We were treated like family. This dealership & Juri are awesome & I don’t often use that word.
