Awesome dealer for used Volkswagens! Working with Brian was great this is the second car he has sold us and would definitely go back to him for another.

I've worked with Maura for many years. She is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and provide information in a manner that is very easy to understand. In particular, as a lease customer, I tend to get a new car every few years and Maura provides a very thorough vehicle orientation before I drive off the lot. This is vital, since most models often have many upgrades since the previous model. I wouldn't work with anyone else.

My wife brought our new Jetta in for its first oil change. The car had less than 4000 miles on it. Reminder light said oil change due at 3000 miles. The service consultant was rude saying it was too early and gave her a hard time. They said it wasn't due until 10,000 miles. Well someone at your shop must have programmed the car to remind us it was due at 3000 miles!!! She was not even acknowledged as the owner of the car. They kept calling my name when it was done and texting me and emailing me. My wife is on the loan and car title too. I'm totally disgusted with the poor service. I even question if the oil change was done properly. I expected much more. I will not be having any further service done at Luther Westside, nor would I recommend them for anything.

Maura has helped me lease and purchase my last 2 Volkswagens. She is very knowledgeable and informative. I will definitely work with her again when the time comes for my next Volkswagen.
