Very friendly and helpful. Nice waiting area. Up front and honest about the service recommendations and no pressure sales. I would go back to them again.

Friendly, flexible and a great price

Much better than St Cloud Volkswagen

Took my car to Eich Motors Volkswagen in St Cloud and they tried to charge me with everything and wouldn’t say I have my warranty. Took it to Luther Westside Volkswagen and they helped me right away with getting my car fixed and giving me a loaner to get me to work. Love the service it was fast and an easy process. Thank you so much.

Quick, Friendly and Comfortable

I went to get my wheel/axel checked and they had my car in and out within the hour. During that wait I was able to get some work done in their comfortable waiting room with great wifi.

These guys are the best ever!

I was impressed and blessed by the humanism and professionalism of the reps. of tis dealership. They help me overcome my horrible situation as a first time buyer( with another dealership).

Too long to wait for oil change

For a simple oil change it took almost 2 hours. It was an appointment and i waited for work to be done. I had the feeling that no one looked at the car until over than 1 hr 30 minutes. Then someone came and asked about new tires.

Vince was great. Made everything easy

Vince was great and working with Brad was quick and easy.I would recommend Luther to everyone, we purchased this car and another one at the Luther in Burnsville and everything was great.

Shining example of customer service

I came in for service on my 2014 GTI. The entire climate system had gone out. I had been considering trading in my GTI for an AWD vehicle this fall, so I decided to test drive some while I waited. My salesperson was very knowledgable, and patient with my need to drive multiple vehicles. When all was said and done, the offer for a new vehicle, and the trade-in value including repair, was too neat of a package to pass up. So, I drove off the lot, very happy, in a golf alltrack 🙂
